Who We Are...
Our mission is to bring together in an atmosphere of friendliness and cooperation those who promote the sport of bowling in the State of Ohio and who are members of the United States Bowling Congress, and
To honor outstanding publicity efforts by the members with an awards program, and
To foster the exchange of information and to discuss the problems connected with publicity through the written word, radio and television, and
To assist with the goals and projects of the Ohio USBC Bowling Associations and extend fullest cooperation to their programs, and
To publish a newsletter to be called The Write Angle for our members.

Champions determined at 2011 USBC Senior Championships
After two days of competition, 10 champions were crowned at the 2011 United States Bowling Congress Senior Championships on Thursday.
Ohio State USBC BA Zone Director Andrew Schneider, finishes 3rd in the Open Class B Division. Also, Thomas O’Brien of Woodsfield, Ohio won the Super Seniors Division. Congratulations Andy, Thomas and Fred on a great showing!

OHIO STATE USBC BA - ZONE 9 MINI JAMBOREE
THE ZONE 9 MINI-JAMBOREE WAS HELD ON OCTOBER 23rd @ SUNRISE STRIKES BOWLING CENTER IN ZANESVILLE, OHIO.
THIS WAS A DOUBLES TOURNAMENT WITH PARTNERS BEING DRAWN FROM A HAT.
WE HAD 30 ENTRIES OR 15 DOUBLES THAT PAID OUT ON A RATIO OF 1 IN 5 AND TROPHIES BEING HANDED OUT FOR 1st AND 2cnd PLACE. WE BOWLED THREE GAMES.
AFTER BOWLING WE HAD A GREAT LUNCH PROVIDED BY THE ZONE 9 DIRECTORS WIFE (AMY TOLBERT). AFTER LUNCH WE CONDUCTED A SHORT MEETING WITH ANY AND ALL TOPICS OPEN FOR DISCUSION. DARREN TOLBERT WAS INTRODUCED AS THE NEW ZONE 9 DIRECTOR AND HE INFORMED THE ASSOCIATIONS ABOUT THINGS GOING ON WITH THE USBC AND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE OHIO STATE USBC BA.
OHIO STATE USBC BA VICE PRESIDENT DALE GOINS WAS THE GUEST SPEAKER. MR. GOINS SPOKE ABOUT THE NEW TAX FORM CHANGES FOR THE ASSOCIATIONS THIS YEAR AND SPOKE ABOUT THE WIN LABS SYSTEM. AFTER THE MEETING WE HANDED OUT MONEY AND TROPHIES TO THE WINNERS.WE HAD 5 OUT OF 9 ASSOCIATIONS PRESENT:
